My Experience
Vice President of Membership Experience
This position has been very challenging for me, but it has taught me so many lessons that I know are helping me grow as an individual. I am in charge of making sure everyone is ultimately enjoying their time in the chapter. Along with my own tasks, I am also on the executive board. We have weekly meetings with advisors to ensure that everything is running smoothly. This past winter, I was able to attend ADPi Academy which is a leadership summit where ADPi chapters from different regions come together and develop their leadership skills. At this academy, our chapter won a membership experience excellence award along with a chapter operations excellence award. This experience was extremely valuable and prepared me for the many roles I will take on during my life. These photos represent some of the things I was able to accomplish last semester.
Music Education Specialist
This position gave me some of my favorite memories I've ever had during my college experience. In this position, I was in charge of creating a dance performance that would be competed at a competition called Greek Sing. All of our greek organizations compete to raise money for The Arc Foundation. This job entailed creating a team, leading the team, creating a story line, creating music, organizing the entire chapter, working with the Panhellenic community, scheduling rehearsals, and working diligently with a budget. After all of my hardwork, we ended up winning best props, best dance, and 1st place overall! Click down below to watch the video!
